We’re working with a highly experienced and forward-thinking construction firm delivering a quality multi-residential development on the North Shore.
This is a hands-on Site Foreman role —### not a clipboard job. You’ll be leading from the front, managing crews on-site, and driving programme, quality, and safety standards.
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman on multi-residential / town house projects
- Strong leadership — able to manage teams and subcontractors effectively
- Solid understanding of NZ building practices and site delivery
- Reliable, practical, and not afraid to get stuck in if required to get the job done
Clam by nature and highly motivated - No tyre kickers need apply !
