Join one of New Zealand’s leading seafood processing companies and take the next step in your career! We’re looking for experienced Knife Hands/ Oyster Openers to be part of a hardworking, supportive team based in Wiri.

If you’ve got a background in filleting, butchery, or meat/poultry processing, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven knife skills – filleting, meat, or poultry
  • Seafood processing experience (a bonus, not essential)
  • Physically fit – able to handle repetitive and heavy tasks up to 20kgs
  • Comfortable working in cold, wet environments
  • Reliable, punctual, and have your own transport
  • Able to stand for long periods
  • Legally eligible to work in NZ
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
