Warehouse Supervisor

We’re on the lookout for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy, well-established furniture wholesale business in Hamilton. If you’re a hands-on leader who enjoys, driving performance, operations management, stock management, safety & compliance and keeping things running smoothly – this could be the role for you.
About the Role:
This is a key leadership position where you’ll take ownership of daily warehouse operations while leading a tight-knit team of 5. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment managing 100–150 orders per day across a warehouse of 2,500 pallet spaces.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading and motivating the warehouse team to meet daily targets
Coordinating inbound/outbound freight and dispatch operations
Managing stock flow, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
Running toolbox talks and ensuring strong H&S practices
Monitoring performance and driving efficiency improvements
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a warehouse supervisor or team leader role
Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach
Confident managing day-to-day operations and problem-solving
Experience with RF scanning / warehouse systems (Dynamics 365 a bonus)
Forklift licence (F endorsement / OSH)
