We’re searching for a capable, detail-driven professional who takes pride in running a tight ship — someone who enjoys owning the numbers and being the go-to person who keeps everything moving behind the scenes.
This is a hands-on, trusted role in a small tight, high-performing team where your input genuinely matters.
You will manage and support accounting, office administration, and business systems to ensure efficient financial operations, accurate records, and seamless day to day processes

- Experience with MYOB (or similar systems) is important.
This is a broad, end-to-end role where you’ll take ownership across:
Finance & Accounts
- Managing supplier invoices, payments, cost recovery and cashflow tracking
- Maintaining and reconciling MYOB, bank feeds, and balance sheet accounts
- Preparing monthly reports, forecasts, and supporting audits
- Handling tax, ACC, and Customs entries (TSW)
Systems & Process
- Keeping digital records accurate, structured, and audit-ready
Office & Team Support
- Managing supplier documentation, contracts, and admin processes
- Supporting day-to-day office operations and coordination
HSE & Quality Management
- Adhering to stringent H&S practises and policies – this is critical
