We are looking for a reliable and experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join a busy milk powder production team. This is a hands-on role combining forklift operation with production and packaging duties in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
  • Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished products
  • Assist with the production and packaging of milk powder products
  • Operate packaging machinery, wrappers, palletisers, and scanning equipment
  • Conduct quality and packaging integrity checks
  • Transfer finished goods to warehouse storage
  • Scan and track products using inventory systems
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment
  • Follow GMP, food safety, and health & safety procedures at all times
  • Meet daily production and warehouse targets

What we’re looking for:

  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence (essential)
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or food production (preferred)
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player
