Monday to Friday7:00am – 5:30pm (Approx. 50 Hours per Week)
1st Call Recruitment is exclusively recruiting on behalf of the client for a professional and reliable Delivery Service Specialist to join their fast-paced operations team in Wiri, Auckland.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, values customer service excellence, and enjoys a physically active role.
You will be the face of the client each day, servicing loyal customers across the Auckland region whilst supporting warehouse operations between delivery runs.
This dynamic, hands-on role combining driving, customer service, and warehouse support. You will be responsible for delivering goods safely and efficiently while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations.

What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering products in a timely manner to customers across Auckland
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles with care
- Assisting with warehouse duties, including stock handling and container stacking and unloading
- Completing delivery documentation accurately
- Providing friendly, professional customer service always
- Supporting the wider team as required
What We're Looking For
- Full, clean New Zealand Class 1Driver Licence
- Physically fit and capable of regularly lifting/ moving car and truck tyres
- Reliable with a strong work history in a similar delivery or trades role
- Positive attitude and willingness to help the team
- Confident communicating with customers face-to-face
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Well-presented and takes pride in all that you do
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test & have a Clean criminal history
- Ability to provide reliable work-related references
- Must have full working rights and be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
