Nightshift Production Staff
Location:### Mangere
Shift:### Night Shift - 2,2,3 Shift Pattern MUST be able to work weekends
Pay Rate:### $26.00
Join Our Team
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Nightshift Production Staff to join our production team.
This is a hands-on role working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, helping produce and package high-quality milk powder products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the production and packaging of milk powder products.
- Load and debag 25kg bags of milk powder into production equipment.
- Perform repetitive lifting and manual handling tasks safely.
- Operate packaging equipment, wrappers, palletisers, and scanning equipment.
- Start up and shut down packaging machinery at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Monitor packaging lines to ensure products are packed correctly.
- Conduct quality and packaging integrity checks.
- Load products into packaging machines and remove damaged or rejected products for isolation.
- Transfer finished products from the palletiser to the warehouse.
- Follow health, safety, and quality procedures at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting and manual handling
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential
- Can pass a drug test
- Clean criminal record
