We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Administrator to join our team and play a critical role in the management and shipment of laboratory samples.

This position requires a meticulous individual with outstanding attention to detail, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring samples are correctly prepared, documented, tracked, and shipped both domestically and internationally, while maintaining complete traceability and data integrity throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organise samples for domestic and international shipment.
  • Accurately label samples according to customer requirements.
  • Complete shipment documentation and all required forms.
  • Book courier and freight services to ensure samples are delivered within required timeframes.
  • Maintain and update sample tracking files and shipment records.
  • Monitor sample movements and ensure full traceability throughout the shipping process.
  • Verify sample information and documentation for accuracy prior to dispatch.
  • Liaise with couriers, customers, and external stakeholders regarding sample shipments.
  • Maintain organised filing systems and administrative records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Utilise Microsoft Excel to manage data, tracking logs, and reporting requirements.
  • Follow all company quality, safety, and all procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional work environment.

  • Experience in administration, logistics, quality control, laboratory support, or sample management would be advantageous.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test
