Drainage Supervisor

One of Hamilton's favourite Civil Contractors have asked us to find them a highly motivated, experienced, and driven Drainage Supervisor to join their Drainage team. This is a permanent, full-time role working for this highly respected, privately owned company.
This is a business where people genuinely matter. You will be joining a supportive, down-to-earth team environment working alongside experienced leadership on a wide range of projects ranging from residential right through to large-scale infrastructure developments. You must be willing to lead by example and get your hands dirty too!

To be successful you will ideally have:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years proven drainage experience
- Previous experience leading a crew or supervising jobs
- Ability to take ownership of a job from start to finish
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Confidence working with crews, foremen, managers, clients etc.
- National Certificate in Drainlaying (or equivalent)
- A full clean NZ driver's licence (WTR endorsements or Class 2 are an advantage)
