Refer a friend

The friend or family member you refer must be a new 1st Call Recruitment candidate.

The friend or family member you refer must name you when registering with 1st Call Recruitment.

To qualify for a voucher, the friend or family member you refer must be placed in a role within six months.

For candidates placed in a temporary role, they must work a minimum of 180 hours in their first six weeks of employment.

For candidates placed in a qualifying temporary position, you will receive a NZ$40 voucher.

For candidates placed in a qualifying part-time position, you will receive a NZ$100 voucher.

For candidates placed in a qualifying full-time position, you will receive a NZ$250 voucher.
