Confidentiality of Personal information

We recognize that as a candidate or applicant, information related to your job search is highly private and confidential. You may choose to send or store personal information with our business to search for employment.  This may include your applications sent directly via email, dropped into any of our branches, posted, submitted via a website or job board or by making your CV available to our internal recruitment teams. 1stCall Recruitment will not sell, trade or give your personal information to anyone without your authorization.

Our clients and supplier information is also strictly confidential. We collect and use information to fulfill requests and or job orders that customers or active clients may request via phone, email or through our Smart APP or online via our web sites. We collect and store all relevant and required job data that may include and not limited to; health & Safety information, job duties, roles requirements, reporting lines, salary data, qualifications required, and general client / company information. This data is stored electronically and the information may be referred to at any time by our internal staff, management or recruiting teams for functions relating but not limited to; confirmation of assignments, job placements, advertising positions, shortlisting vacancies, health & safety, payroll, auditing purposes, credit control and placement performance or job reviews. Clients or Suppliers commercially sensitive information, rates, agreements, technology or Intellectual property will never be released to a third party without prior authorization for the respective party.

Web Site Privacy

At recruitment agencies, the privacy of our visitors is of extreme importance to us. This privacy policy document outlines the types of personal information is received and collected by recruitment agencies and how it is used.

Log Files Like many other web sites, our own websites use log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses, and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

By navigating through our web site for any reason, we may provide links to other sites and we will not be held liable or responsible for your privacy by using these links or sites.


We make every attempt to keep our servers secure from all unauthorized access and use, by enforcing security measures at the premises in which the server is located, and by using world class technological measures to prevent unauthorized access to our servers remotely. Additionally, all information is backed up and stored using an external back up supplier at Datacom as added security to safeguard your private information.
